Quality control takes a 24/7/365 professional staff ready to tackle any issue whenever it arises. You need real-time weather and flight monitoring, a team of field inspectors and a relentless passion for delivering impeccable service.

Operations Center

At the heart of Atlantic Aviation Flight Services is our 24/7 Operations Center. Unlike other competitors, Atlantic has a fully functioning Operations Center that includes and International Specialist, Meteorology Desk and Real-Time Flight Monitoring. This careful monitoring ensures that we have the insight to spot and prevent any potential problems before they arise. 

Service Teams

Each and every time you fly through Atlantic Aviation Flight Services, your trip is handled by a number of service teams. From our Charter Services Team that begins working on your flight the moment you contact us, to our Flight Management team that confirms the final details the day of your flight. Your trip will also have the added benefit of a Trip Manager. This person will be dedicated to your flight and personally oversee that all details are executed as they should be.

Service Checks

The moment you book your flight, our service teams will check the usability and operational details of the airport and FBO you have chosen for your flight, establish your aircraft requirement details, and ensure your booking is in compliance with internal and external safety standards.

The day before your flight, our teams will review your catering/ground transportation requests, flight details, Air Traffic Control plan, and weather.

The day of your flight we review the current condition of the airport, weather at origin, destination and en route, any Air Traffic Control updates and track your flight in real-time.
